We produce the fabrics for individual orders or standardized sizes for sports flooring, walls, mats, carpets for martial arts, training, and individual sports. We apply the Logos of clubs, giving the interior hall and attractive and branded look.

 

We utilize very high-density European and Japanese manufactured PVC fabric (650 g / m2). The coating is an all-welded surface made on specific professional equipment, has smooth-welded seams that repeat the configuration of shapes and sizes as required. Linings are lightweight sheets made from chemically cross-linked Polyethylene Foam. Thanks to the closed pore, they do not shrink even with regular intensive use. They are connected in one piece using a special adhesive tape that provides a snug fit and excludes gaps. Utilizing a specialized velcro fastening along with specialty tape on mats and coverings, provides tension that is reliable for long-term use and easy to install, disassemble and move from one site to another.

 

Our carpets and flooring are suitable for any gym and any kind of martial arts, including freestyle wrestling, taekwondo, sambo, karate, Muay Thai, and other combat sports. It can be used both in training and in competitions, at different levels of championships. Manufacturing meets the
requirements of international standards. The minimum service life is 10 years.
